In this post I'm not only talk about Agnes Monica. I will share to you the seven people who nominated and also I will share to you one of their video. So let's start....
Agnes Monica
After rising to stardom at the age of 6, Indonesian singer Agnes Monica has made a name for herself as an award-winning, multi-platinum singer and highly acclaimed actress. With eight albums under her belt, Agnes has gained commercial success in many countries, including her homeland Indonesia, as well as Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines, and even the Netherlands. After performing at the 2008 & 2009 Asia Song Festival in Seoul, Agnes also attained fame in Taiwan, Korea, China, and the rest of the Asia Pacific region. She even snagged the award for Best Asian Artist in the two years she participated.
Agnes has numerous awards to her name, including 10 Anugerah Musik Indonesia awards, seven Panasonic Awards, four MTV Indonesia Awards, three Indonesia Kid's Choice Awards, and seven JpopAsia International Music Awards. She is the face of Olay for Southeast Asia, and the spokesperson for Honda in the region. Her branded slogan, "Dream, Believe, and Make it Happen" became the campaign for the US Embassy's 2011 cultural conference, hosted by Agnes. Agnes is also an ambassador of MTV EXIT to combat human trafficking. Agnes broke into the international music scene through collaborations ranging from American R&B Singer Keith Martin, to Latin heartthrob Christian Chavez. Agnes recently has recorded a duet with Grammy-Award winning legend Michael Bolton. Agnes is now in the process of working on an English studio album, with exciting collaborators such as Timbaland.
Big Bang
BIGBANG is the hottest band in Korea, consisting of members G-DRAGON (aka GD), T.O.P, TAEYANG (aka SOL), SEUNGRI (aka V.I.), and DAESUNG (aka D-Lite). With their urban-originated music and flamboyant fashion style, BIGBANG is a boy band that is loved by not only teenagers but also older age groups. With the breakthrough single “LIE”, BIGBANG became the most wanted in Korea’s music industry. While such hit singles as “Last Farewell”, “Day By Day” and “Sunset Glow” topped various charts in Korea for weeks, BIGBANG became the most influential artist in Korea.
Their latest EP Tonight went on to become a chart-topper upon its release on many Korean music charts. The album also became the first K-pop album to reach the top 10 on the U.S. iTunes chart and is the only non-English-language album in the top 100. Big Bang won the Best 5 New Artists award from the 24th Japan Gold Disc Awards as well as the Best New Artist. The group received the awards for Best Pop Video and Best New Artist at the MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2010.
EXILE
EXILE is a pop dance group consisting of performers Hiro, Matsu, Usa, Makidai, Akira, and on vocals, Atsushi and Takahiro. In 2008, they released 3 Best Album, the total sales of which has amounted to 4.5 million copies, and their Exile Ballad Best has sold well in excess of 2 million copies.

On March 1 2009, seven members of the second generation of J Soul Brothers, Kenchi, Keiji, Tetsuya, Naoto, Naoki, Nesmith, and Shokichi became new members of EXILE. EXILE merged as a 14-member monster group, and that stands for the start of the newborn EXILE.
Gotye
ARIA Award-winning producer, multi-instrumentalist songwriter, and all-round one-man band Gotye (pronounced "gore-ti-yeah") is the music-making mantle of Wally De Backer. A few years ago he created an album that became something of an underground classic: Drawing Blood, which was iTunes UK Album Of The Year in 2008 and was recently voted in at #11 in Triple J’s Hottest 100 Australian Albums of All Time. It won Gotye the ARIA Award as Australia's Best Male Artist.
Gotye teased his highly anticipated follow-up Making Mirrors with the single 'Somebody That I Used to Know'. Equally an exercise in emotional punch and in classy restraint, the song features the vocals of rising star Kimbra, and recounts with heartbreaking clarity the fall-out of a fading relationship. Within weeks of its July release, the video had been embraced globally with over a million views and become the number one single in the country.
Jane Zhang
Jane Zhang Liangying came to prominence in 2005, when her final performance on the televised all-female singing competition Super Girl in China attracted over 400 million viewers. Her ability to sing in the whistle register has been compared with the likes of Mariah Carey and also earned her the nickname “The Dolphin Princess”.
By 2008, she firmly established herself as the leading female singer in China, becoming the most downloaded artist ever on China Mobile’s network, earning a top 3 videos spot on Sina.com, China’s version of YouTube. She was also crowned “Best Female Artist” in China for 3 years running, at the Beijing Pop Award Show, China’s equivalent of the Grammys. Her awards streak also transcended beyond her hometown, with her bagging Best Female Artist and Most Popular Female Artist awards in Hong Kong, Singapore, and even Canada. With a new album, Reform, released this year, Jane continues her reign as one of the most promising and popular female artists from China.
Jay Chou
Taiwanese singer Jay Chou is no stranger to fusing Chinese and Western music styles to compose chart-topping mandopop hits.
Sia
Sia Furler (better known as Sia) is a pop singer-songwriter from Adelaide, Australia. Sia holds five studio albums to her name, and her most recent release ‘We Are Born’ saw her staging sell-out tours across Australia, winning three ARIA Awards (‘Best Pop Release’, ‘Best Independent Release’, and ‘Best Music Video’), and gaining a commercial radio smash hit with the release of her single “Buttons”. She has won and performed on Australia’s 2009 MTV Awards, Channel 10’s Rove and Channel 7’s Sunrise.
On an international front, Sia has collaborated with many artists such as Zero 7, David Byrne & Fatboy Slim and Christina Aguilera. Many of her songs and covers have made the cut for television and film soundtracks, including Six Feet Under, Sex and the City, and the Twilight Saga.
