Owl City Feat. Shawn Chrystopher - Aligator Sky

One another my favorite singer, Owl City. I'm a huge fans of Owl City since I heard a song called "Fireflies". Now Owl City released their new single called "Aligator Sky". Of course this single from Owl City new album. Definitely Owl City still in the same genre like the previous album, of course Owl City must stay in their genre because if change maybe I wouldn't be their huge fans again.

The video... hell yeah!! very interesting video. Owl City & Shawn Chrystopher wear astronaut suit and explore the earth, very interesting video, guys!!... Beautiful landscape and very interesting concept for the video. The video told the story about the planet earth who nobody live in this planet earth again because the earth not qualify to live by not wearing astronaut suit, Owl City and Shawn explore the earth for the last time to record how great and beautiful this mother earth before their left the planet earth and go to Aligator Sky. Although their go to the other planet, but the memories in earth never can't be forget and never letting go for every memories in earth.

"If I Had You" Is The Best Song Ever Recorded By Adam Lambert

The runner-up American Idol 2009, Adam Lambert released the new single and this is the fourth single from Adam Lambert taken from his first album. First single from Adam Lambert is "Time For Miracles", second single is "For Your Entertainment", third single is "Whataya Want For Me" and fourth single is "If I Had You".

Adam Lambert journey in music industry more good and more consistent than Kris Allen because till now Adam Lambert already release fourth single from his first album, but Kris Allen just released one single "Live Like We're Dyin" taken from his first album. Huge different between Mr. Lambert and Mr. Allen. I hope Kris not too late for compete Adam Lambert in the real world music industry.

Jason DeRulo Music Is Really Me

Wow it's been a long time I'm not writing this blog, but now I'm back.

Now I will talk about Jason DeRulo. Do you know Jason DeRulo?? I feel you knew. Jason DeRulo is a new artist and recognized by the public because Jason first single "Watcha Say". This is a little sneak peek about Jason DeRulo :

Let's Find Out More About Jason Derulo Career

2007 – 2009: songwriting and musical beginnings

Miss Perry With Snoop Dogg Vs Father and Son Bieber and Usher

Hi what's up guys!! ^^

At this time, I will share to you two new videos. First video came from Katy Perry feat. Snoop Dogg with "California Gurls" and second video came from father and son that is Justin Bieber & Usher with "Somebody To Love".

First let's talk about Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg in "California Gurls"......

This song already sit in the highest throne of Billboard Hot 100 chart. Katy Perry didn't take a long time for take a number one seat only need five weeks for Miss Perry sit in number one spot for at least two weeks in that position. Katy Perry took the highest throne from Usher with "OMG".

In another chart, Katy also sit in the highest number in Digital Album chart and ringtones, number five in Pop Chart and number three in radio songs.

About the video...... The video is very funny and very sweet and also a little bit naughty typical of Katy Perry :D haha..... I love this video so much!! ^^ If I watch the video makes me want to eat candy, sugar or something sweet to eat. haha

Enjoy the video.....

The Lyric of Katy Perry Feat. Snoop Dogg - California Gurls

Let's move on to the second video.....

The second video came from father and son, I mean Usher and Justin Bieber. The reason that I said father and son because Usher like a second father from Bieber, although in the real world Usher is mentor of Bieber.

Bieber and Usher will be the biggest threat for Katy Perry because not an impossible thing for Bieber and Usher to take the throne from Miss Katy Perry & Snoop Dogg. Who will win?? Perry&Dogg or Bieber&Usher??? let see...

Now JB with "Somebody To Love" has arrived in number 48 in Billboard Hot 100 chart (not a version remix with Usher, just alone JB). In the five weeks Katy Perry can landed in first position, but JB in five weeks just arrived in number 48, so far Katy Perry journey with "California Gurls" is better than JB. In AOL Video Bieber already arrived in number one spot.

Let's talk about the video....

I liked the video because very dance video, from beginning to end you will watch the dance from Bieber, Usher and all dance crew. One thing that I miss from this video is why there is no battle dance or dance together between JB and Usher?? why?? but forget it....

Just enjoy this video..

The Lyric of Justin Bieber & Usher - Somebody To Love

Kris Allen - The Truth

Kris Allensince win the contest American Idol last year (American Idol Season 8), he already release his first album. After the single "Live Like We're Dying", Kris is not yet released a new single. But I got a feeling that he will release single "The Truth" for second single because he performing that song in the result show grand final American Idol.

I hope Kris Allen as soon as possible release a second single because it's too long for him not release a new song from his album. What song must he release next?? Up to him, but my hope "The Truth" or "Before We Come Undone" or "Written All Over My Face" or "Bring It Back", I liked to that four songs.

Let's talk about the song called "The Truth". This song could be talking about with our partners, spouse, sweetheart or with our families, especially parents. This song talking about how very difficult to say the truth and sometimes only ignore every problem with feel everything alright, but the truth wasn't like that and more worse than that because we not say the truth. I must admitted that not easy to telling the truth, we must have a courage to say the truth, but everything is more better and more relief if we say the truth although we must accept every consequences.

How about your interpretation??? ^^

If you never read the lyric and never heard the song, I will give to you in this post, so after you listen to the song and read the lyric, tell me about your interpretation or the meaning that you get from this song, okay? deal? hehe ^^

Do you ever heard the song of "The Truth"??

I will give you the video from American Idol finale when Kris Allen took the stage and sang this song, here it is.... enjoy!

after the video this is the lyric:

Lyin' next to you
Wishing I could disappear...aay
Let you fall asleep
And vanish out into thin air..aay

It's the elephant in the room
And we pretend that we don't see it.
It's the avalanche that looms above our heads.
And we don't believe it.

Tryin' to be perfect
Tryin' not to let you down...ooww
Honesty is honestly the hardest thing for me right now...yeah
while the floors underneath our feet are crumbling
The walls we built together tumblin'
I still stand here holdin' up the roof
Cause it's easier than telling the truth.

I still keep your photographs
I remember how we used to laugh
I can keep on losin' sleep
If you're okay with being torn in half.

It's the elephant in the room
And we pretend that we don't see it.
It's an avalanche that looms above our heads
But we don't believe it.

Tryin' to be perfect, tryin' not to let you down...oww
Honesty is honestly the hardest thing for me right now...yeah
While the floors underneath our feet are crumblin'
The walls we built together tumblin'
I still stand here holdin' up the roof
Cause it's easier than telling the truth.

Stop ignoring that our hearts are mourning
And let the rain come in.
Stop pretending that it's not ending
And let the end begin.

Oh yeah...

Tryin' to be perfect, tryin' not to let you down...yeah
Honesty is honestly the hardest thing for me right now...yeah
While the floors underneath our feet are crumblin'
The walls we built together tumblin'
I still stand here holdin' up the roof
Cause it's easier than telling the truth.

It's easier than telling the truth...

Carrie Underwood - Change

I had previously discussed about the song from Carrie Underwood called "Temporary Home". Now it’s time for me to share about the next Carrie song called “Change” Because I already promise that I will share about this song. All this song taken from Mrs. Underwood third album called "Play On".

I realize this song is great when I watched Idol Gives Back. Dammed! Carrie sounded so great when sang this song. The song has a great lyric and Carrie definitely success deliver the message. Perfect performance from Carrie and perfect performance for that show, I think the best performance in Idol Gives Back.

These songs have a positive impact to myself. The impact is you can't change the world, you just can change yourself and if you want to change the world or a more simple change another human you must change yourself first. If you don't want to change yourself, so don't imagine that another human or world or nation will be change. I liked this words too, "Oh the smallest thing can make all the difference,
Love is alive" liked that words!! inspiring so much that small thing can make all the difference like a love.

This is the video performance of Carri Underwood who sang "Change" in Idol Gives Back: (also the lyric)

What'cha gonna do with the 36 cents
Stick you with cork on your floorboard
When a woman on the street is huddle in the cold
On a sidewalk vent trying to keep warm
Do you call her over hand her the change
Ask her a story ask her her name
Or do you tell yourself

You're just a fool
Just a fool
You believe you can change the world
You're just a fool
Just a fool
You believe you can change the world

What'cha gonna do when you're watching t.v.
And an ad comes on
Yeah you know the kind
Flashin' up pictures of a child in need
For a dime a day you can save a life
Do you call the number reach out a hand
Or do you change the channel call it a scam
Or do you tell yourself

You're just a fool
Just a fool
You believe you can change the world
Don't listen to them when they say
You're just a fool
Just a fool
You believe you can change the world
Oh the smallest thing can make all the difference
Love is alive
Don't listen to them when they say
You're just a fool
Just a fool
You believe you can change the world

The worlds so big it could break your heart
And you just wanna help
But not sure where to start
so you close your eyes
Send up a prayer into the dark

You're just a fool
Just a fool
You believe you can change the world
Don't listen to them when they say
You're just a fool
Just a fool you believe
You can change the world
Oh the smallest thing can make all the difference
Love is alive
Don't you listen to them when they say
You're just a fool
Just a fool
You believe you can change the world

Carrie Underwood just release her new single and this is a third single from her album "Play On". The tittle of the single is "Undo It".... don't miss to catch up my next post about "Undo It".

Charice feat Iyaz - Pyramid.... Go Charice Go!!!

Who Is Charice ?
Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco born May 10, 1992. Best known as Charice (a portmanteau of her first two names) or Charice Pempengco, is a Filipina international singer who rose to popularity through YouTube.

Pempengco was born in Laguna, Philippines. She and her younger brother, Carl, were raised solely by their mother, Raquel Relucio, after they left their father due to domestic violence when Pempengco was three years old.

To help support the family, she began competing in amateur singing contests at age seven, from town fiestas in provinces of Laguna and Batangas to several vocal competitions on TV. She is said to have joined over 80 singing contests.

In 2005, Pempengco joined Little Big Star, a talent show in the Philippines loosely patterned after American Idol. Eliminated after her first performance, she was later called back as a wildcard contender and eventually became a finalist. Although she was a consistent top scorer in the final rounds, she only finished in third place based on text voting.

Pempengco made minor appearances in local television shows and TV commercials, but essentially had fallen off the radar after her stint at Little Big Star. It was not until 2007 that Pempengco gained worldwide recognition after an avid supporter started posting videos of her live performances onto YouTube under the username FalseVoice. The videos received millions of hits making Pempengco an internet phenomenon.

New Single From Charice!!
Charice has just released a worldwide album, first single from her album is Pyramid. Charice duet with Iyaz in this song. I really liked this song. I give 5 stars for this song. What about you??

Charice album debut in number 8 in Billboard 200. In the third week, Charice album dropped to number 55 whereas in the second week Charice can hold on in number 28, dropped 20 spot in the second week and in third week dropped 27 spot.

In the Billboard Hot 100 chart, I found Charice in the number of about 90-100. While I'm checking now, I'm not finding Charice song in Billboard Hot 100. In my opinion, this song deserve landed at least in top 20 Billboard Hot 100.

In Asian chart, Charice just entering V Countdown and in MTV Chart Attack not yet, but you can vote for Charice in MTV Chart Attack. I hope in Asia Charice more shinning. She really talented artist in very young age. Go Charice Go!! Conquer the world with Ur music haha... ^^ (Update : in V countdown this week Charice become a highest jump this week by jump 7 spot to number 8 from number 15, great job Charice and fans of Charice!!) ^^

The lyric of the song "Pyramid" also good in my opinion. It’s tells about tough love, sturdy love, true love, and can’t be destroyed by anything like a Pyramid. I liked this word, “Mother nature (hey) or disaster won't stop at happy ever after” & this "There'll never be another love for sure". When I heard this song carefully and feel it, I really feel a goosebumps.

This is it... Charice feat. IYAZ with Pyramid official music video and the lyrics!!.. enjoy!! ^^

Shawty's love is like a pyramid (ooh)
We stand together till the very end (eh ooh)
There'll never be another love for sure (ooh)
Iyaz and Charice let we go

Stones, heavy like the love you've shown (shown)
Solid as the ground we've known (known)
And I just wanna carry on
We took it from the bottom up (no no no)
And even in a desert storm (yeah)
Sturdy as a rock we hold (oh)
Wishing every moment froze
Now I just wanna let you know
Earthquakes can't shake us
Cyclones can't break us
Hurricanes can't take away our love

Pyramid, we built this on a solid rock
It feels just like it's heaven's touch
Together at the top (at the top baby), like a pyramid
And even when the wind is blowing
We'll never fall just keep on going
Forever we will stay, like a pyramid

Like a pyramid like a pyramid eh (ooh)
Like a pyramid like a pyramid eh (ooh)
Like a pyramid like a pyramid eh eh (oooh)

Cold (cold), never ever when you're close (close)
We will never let it fold (fold)
A story that was never told
Something like a mystery (yoh!)
And every step we took we've grown
Look how fast the time has flown
A journey to a place unknown
We're going down in history
Earthquakes can't shake us (oh)
Cyclones can't break us (oh)
Hurricanes can't take away our love

Pyramid, we built this on a solid rock (hey!)
It feels just like it's heaven's touch
Together at the top, (at the top baby) like a pyramid
And even when the wind is blowing (wind is blowing)
We'll never fall just keep it going (keep it going)
Forever we will stay, like a pyramid (eh oh)

Like a pyramid girl let me show you
That I love you so much
That we gonna get through (oh oh)
Even when there's storms
I will never go, Ima be the one to keep you safe (hey)
Before was our love back it up more than enough
Holding on to one another be the cover when it's rough (oh oh)
Mother nature (hey) or disaster won't stop at happy ever after

Pyramid, keep it going (like a pyramid, like a pyramid)
Oh oh ooooh (like a pyramid, like a pyramid)

Pyramid, we built this on a solid rock (solid rock)
It feels just like it's heaven's touch (oooh)
Together at the top (at the top baby, at the top girl), like a pyramid
And even when the wind is blowing
We'll never fall just keep on going (keep it going)
Forever we will stay (Charice), like a pyramid (what what)

Pyramid, we built this on a solid rock
It feels just like it's heaven's touch
Together at the top (at the top baby, at the top girl), like a pyramid (pyramid)
And even when the wind is blowing

"Rude Boy" Make Rihanna Conquer The Billboard Hot 100 by 2 Consecutive Weeks

Until now, Rihanna release four single from her new album called "Rated R". "Wait Your Turn" become her first single to conquer the world, "Russian Roulette" become the second choice, "Hard" Rihanna third pick, and the last but very new is "Rude Boy". Three previous single not bring her to the top like "Umbrella" did. Finally the last single from her can repeat the success she had previously.

When she released her album "Rated R" in last year 2009. "Rated R" debut in number #4 with 181.000 copies in first week, Rihanna highest selling debut in USA. That was the highest position "Rated R" did till now. Now "Rated R" standing in number #20, up 2 level from last week. Hopefully 'Rude Boy' can increase the sales of 'Rated R' and make position 'Rated R' in Billboard 200 much better.

"Hard" peak position just reach position #8 in Billboard Hot 100. Now "Hard" still alive in Billboard Hot 100 standing in #69. "Russian Roulette" and "Wait Your Turn" I recall did not reach the top spot too. So far "Rude Boy" performance is the best. At least, Rihanna can make one single from "Rated R" arrive in number one spot in the toughest chart in the world. That make Rihanna new album "Rated R" quite well in world music industry. Although not well like achievement that her get from "Good Girl Gone Bad" Album.

Rihanna performance in chart MTV Southeast Asia, MTV Chart Attack. not quite well too. Although Russian Roulette can alive in the chart for a long time approximately more than 10 weeks, but till now all single from "Rated R" still not arrive in the top of the chart. Rihanna hope only in "Rude Boy" to create one single from his new album "Rated R" arrived at the top.

So far, performance Rihanna with "Rated R" and all single from that album not quite great like previous album "Good Girl Gone Bad". "Good Girl Gone Bad" makes her one of the superstar artist in the world. At least with "Rude Boy" Rihanna can breath relief, because that new single make her a "star" again.

By the way.... Congratulation to Rihanna for her achievement. Get a number one in Billboard Hot 100 by 2 weeks consecutive with her new single "Rude Boy".

Rihanna - Rated R

That is the album cover Rated R from Rihanna. So dark right?? I think Rihanna expression her dark emotion when she hit by her boyfriend Chris Brown. I said this because not just the album cover was dark but the video of Russian Roulette (First single from Rated R album) is so dark too. That two reason make me guess Rihanna expressed her dark emotion when she hit by her boyfriend Chris Brown..

Rihanna just release her video clip Russian Roulette, do you have been watched?? if u don't i will give you the video in bellow, just enjoy ^^

If your expectation Russian Roulette will be like Umbrella, you wrong!!. It's very different, because i think Umbrella is beat song but Russian Roulette is slow song, Russian Roulette is dark song n Umbrella is fun song, and Umbrella more easy listening than Russian Roulette. When I heard Umbrella for the first time, the song is pop-up everytime in my mind and the word "ela ela e e e..." is the word who pop-up in my mind, but Russian Rouletter didn't. When first time I heard Russian Roulette, it's not pop-up in my mind. Reason is Russian Roulette more heavy to heard and consume than Umbrella, but i must say too that Russian Roulette prove Rihanna music is more grown up and more mature than before. I think if we heard this song more more n more, we will like it too ^^

I think not just the single different but the entire album is different than previous album. Rated R will be so different with Good girl gone bad. Rihanna confirm that too in her interview. She said, "i didn't want to make the same album that i did last time, everyone expected me to make a similiar album but i grow up lot in past 2 years". She said too in the interview that Rated R is so dark n lot of piss. You want to know the whole interview, just check this out :

This is the list song of Rihanna album :
1. Mad House
2. Wait Your Turn
3. Hard
4. Stupid In Love
5. Rockstar 101
6. Russian Roulette
7. Fire Bomb
8. Rude Boy
9. Photographs
10. G4L
11. Te Ami
12. Cold Case Love
13. The Last Song

I just preview all songs in Rated R. You know what I'm not finding song like Umbrella and Don't Stop The Music. Yes, it's a dark album n the album like fill with piss. Almost all songs like Rihanna song call "Rehab" or her song with TI "Live Your Live". I guess just 3 beat song in this album "Hard", "Rude Boy" n "Te Amo". Honestly this album not bad many song that i like just based on preview. This is some my Favorite song in the album based on the preview that i heard : Stupid In Love, Russian Roulette, Rude Boy, Te Amo, Cold Case Love, and The Last Song. Maybe my favorite song will increase or will decrease, because i just listen the songs by preview not complete song.

Rihanna also will perform in London to publish her new album "Rated R". Just in 10 hours you will watch Rihanna performance. People in Indonesia, you can also watch Rihanna performance in the live streaming
Rihanna Live (Rated R)

Rihanna is grown up, more mature and she fill this album with confession of a broken heart, mad, piss.... This album is dark?? yes it is!!

Just so you know, the single fireflies has been reached to number #1 in billboard chart Hot 100. In billboard Owl City also charted on #43 rock songs, #14 pop songs, #28 radio songs, #1 digital songs, and #8 ringtones.

In Asia Owl City not very famous. But sooner or later... Owl City will famous in Asia!! I believe it ^^ it's all about time.
I think MTV Asia also don't play music from Owl City very often, but in chart attack Owl City - Fireflies has been reached number #19 (New entry for this week, If u like Owl City u can vote "Owl City - fireflies" in chart attack and make Owl City number #1 in chart attack ^^)

However this artist have a good taste in music. If u listen the songs in album ocean eyes, your ear will be refreshing. The music so refreshing, unique n very different with usual song. If in billboard chart the single fireflies into rock n pop genre, but if we see in wikipedia the genres of this artist are synthpop, electronica n Indie pop (alternative).

I like the first single from Ocean Eyes album called Fireflies... very very like... In the scale 1 to 10, i will give Owl City 8 for the song fireflies... or 4 star from 5 star to Fireflies song ^^
