Why She's Hot: After launching her career with starring roles in the Disney Channel franchises "Sonny with a Chance" and "Camp Rock," Demi Lovato dropped out of her spot on the Jonas Brothers tour last fall and entered a treatment facility for an eating disorder and self-injury. Luckily, the pop singer returned from what she described as "the darkest time of my life" with a new album, "Unbroken," that featured collaborations with Missy Elliott and Timbaland, as well as a lead single, "Skyscraper," that debuted in the Top 10 of the Hot 100. After experiencing such a harrowing experience at a young age, Lovato remains extremely grateful to her fans, and said in March, "I will never forget the support you guys gave me."

For Demi Lovato's third studio album, Unbroken, she wanted to show fans that not only had she come back from a tough year, but she was feeling and sounding better than ever.

Lovato returned to the music scene by giving her pop sound more of an R&B flair, teaming up with acts like Timbaland and Missy Elliott, and getting a hand from pop/R&B star Jason Derülo.

Few days ago, i told by my friend (Thank you Rissa!!) song called "Gift of a Friend" from Demi Lovato. You know what after i heard this song for the first time, I immediately addicted with this song.

First reason i addicted to this song because the girl sing this song... yaik Demi Lovato so beautiful in this video. When I told by my friend to listen this song, She give me the link from you tube so when the video was buffering i just stunned with the beauty of Demi Lovato.

Second reason because the lyric. The lyric is so true and right. So the lyric just stuck in my heart n my mind. Wow the meaning full lyric...

It's all about Friendship. I said this is true, because I felt in my life. I have a dream n why so difficult to attain. It's hard to walk on your own. When My hope crashes down, shattering to the ground, and i feel alone. Don't know whcih way to go and there's no signs leading to my dream, but I realize I'm not alone. I have a great friend around me, that always support me in whatever situation. The reff of this song is so true when you have a friend by your side, the world comes to life and everything's bright. Thanks for all of My Friend that always support me, very bless have a great friends like you.
