The runner-up American Idol 2009, Adam Lambert released the new single and this is the fourth single from Adam Lambert taken from his first album. First single from Adam Lambert is "Time For Miracles", second single is "For Your Entertainment", third single is "Whataya Want For Me" and fourth single is "If I Had You".
Adam Lambert journey in music industry more good and more consistent than Kris Allen because till now Adam Lambert already release fourth single from his first album, but Kris Allen just released one single "Live Like We're Dyin" taken from his first album. Huge different between Mr. Lambert and Mr. Allen. I hope Kris not too late for compete Adam Lambert in the real world music industry.
Like what I said in the title of this post, this song "If I Had You" is the best song ever recorded by Adam Lambert. I said this because this song is my favorite song so far by Adam Lambert. I know this song liked "For Your Entertainment" but if you heard this song more good, more enjoyable, more easy to listen and of course can move your body so easily and also can so easy stuck in your head. The other reason that I more liked "If I Had You" because in "For Your Entertainment" there is music sounds so weird and annoy me. I think this song is the most relevant song for Adam Lambert after "Whataya Want From Me".
Album "For Your Entertainment" debut in number three in billboard top 200 and number three is the peak number for Adam debut album. In December 2009, "For Your Entertainment" selling 198,000 copies in the United States in the first week. In billboard hot 100, the best position is ten spot and the song can achieve this is "Whataya Want For Me", this position reached after his performance in American Idol as mentor and performer in result show for Elvis Week.
For the video, as usual Adam Lambert make up really bother me. I hate Adam Lambert make up. Overall I liked the video and I think this is the best music video by Adam Lambert too, not liked "Whattaya Want For Me" and "Time For Miracles" who for me is really ordinary music video with nothing special moment and memorable moment in that video, and also not liked "For Your Entertainment" who more extreme and vulgar. "If I had You" music video more fun and like a music video who invite to make a party, really fun music video. I liked the outfit of Adam too when Adam wear a big hat like a magician. Overall... I liked it!!!
