27. Brandon Flowers - Crossfire

Brandon Richard Flowers (born June 21, 1981) is an American musician, best known as the frontman, vocalist, and keyboardist of the Las Vegas-based rock band The Killers. He announced his solo career on April 29, 2010 on The Killers official website.

Flowers' debut solo album Flamingo was announced on April 29, 2010, following a three-day countdown on The Killers' official website. In an interview with NME, Flowers revealed the titles of two tracks: "Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas" and "Hard Enough", a duet with Jenny Lewis. Flowers also stated the album would include a gospel song. The first single from Flamingo, "Crossfire", was released on June 21 (Flowers' birthday). The video for "Crossfire" was released on July 8 and includes Charlize Theron. The album was released September 14 in the US and Canada, and September 6 in the UK and Ireland. The album leaked onto the internet on September 4, 2010.

Flamingo charted in the UK on September 12, 2010 at Number 1. It is Flowers' fourth consecutive album to reach #1 on the UK charts, including work by The Killers.

Charlize Theron is in the house. In this video Charlize Theron became an actress to accompany Brandon Flowers. I like the video, the video has a concept and really well explored. Although the rescue scene is repeated and repeated again, the video is still nice to watched.

Rating for the video : 4 Stars

There’s a still in the street outside your window
You’re keepin’ secrets on your pillow
Let me inside, no cause for alarm
I promise tonight not to do no harm
I promise you baby,I won't be no harm

And we're caught up in the crossfire
A heaven and hell
And were searching for shelter
Lay your body down...

Watching your dress as you turn down the light
I forget all about the storm outside
Dark clouds roll their way over town
Heartache and pain came pouring down like
Chaos in the rain, yeah

They're handing it out

And we're caught up in the crossfire
Heaven and hell
And were searching for shelter
Lay your body down...

Tell the devil that he can go back from where he came
His fire he airs all through their beating vein.
And when the hardest part is over we'll be here
And our dreams will break the boundaries of our fears
Boundaries of our fears

Lay your body down(6x)

Next to mine....
